Please follow the steps below to begin a remote support session:

1.  Click here to begin download of the Remote Help client.

2.  Click Run (or save the file and then run it).

3. Click Run again (if prompted)

4. On the next window, make sure the following information is in first field labeled "Server": 10.0.0.2:4433

5. Input your name in the second field and click "Login".

6. You will be prompted for an access code.  This code will be provided to you by your technician.
